Overall Satisfaction with Proofpoint Email Protection
It's an email gateway system for the Mascom.bw domain. It addresses spam, viruses, phishing, imposters etc.
- Great Spam/Virus/Phish Filter
- Self Software Updates - No user Intervention!!
- Very Stable
- Easy UI
- Using the Firewall Rules
- Adding a new SSL certificate for administration
- Unwanted emails 99% of the time
- Ease of use
- No user intervention when there are updates to the appliance and this reduces Admin overheads for us
There is a lot of Admin intervention on software updates! Proofpoint doesn't have that and everything is automatic. Also Proofpoint support has remote access to the devices and know your environment before they help you, as your deployment is "registered."
