Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Prophix began by being used by one department at my company. We have now transitioned this product solution across other departments outside of Finance. Those departments include Accounting, Growth, and Billing.

Data Integration

Data import has been a great experience. The Prophix support team is also very helpful in making this a seamless process.

Deployment

The deployment flexibility is very important. Currently, my organization uses Prophix on-premise, but we are exploring the cloud option. Security is amongst one of the most important factors.

Support Rating

The account management team is always very polite, helpful, welcomes feedback, and is dedicated to problem-solving.

Alternatives Considered

Prophix is much more advanced and forward-focused with technology and data delivery.

Likelihood to Recommend

Prophix is well suited for budgeting of all different types. The dashboard feature that Prophix offers is a great option for those who are mobile and need to get metrics/data easily.
