Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
Currently only accounting is issuing Prophix. We use it monthly for consolidations.
- Ad-hoc to easily manipulate data into what you need in a fast way
- Makes reports easy to build and distribute
- Workflow process provides a sort of checklist for processes needing to be completed
- The fake numbers used in building reports
- I wish you could have two ad-hoc [reports] open at once
- If it were speedier when multiple users are in at one time

After you initially set up the processes to load the data then every month it is very streamlined
Not currently as important but would be if we expanded to more people in the company using Prophix

Using Prophix
Our corporate consolidations accounting team uses workflow to make each process of reporting seamless. We use it for monthly, quarterly, and budgeting processes and reports.
Yes we use workflow to load the data we need into prophix. We use template studio to create all the necessary reports we need for our functions and then setup processes to automatically distribute the reports to our team which saves us a large amount of time.

1 - 1 IT person can assist with support. We would have to contact Prophix with any large issue.
