Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We just implemented Prophix and are currently using it for Personnel Planning, Sales Reporting, and Budgeting & Financial Reporting. We will be further integrating rolling forecasts of Sales, Net Income, Balance Sheet, and Cash. While the implementation did not go off without a hitch, we are up and running now and are already benefiting from time savings.

Yes. We performed personnel planning in Prophix in the first 3 months of integration. We will use it for Sales by customer budgeting as well as GL Code-level expense planning this year. All will be done in Prophix with Excel integration, but final reports in Prophix.
Implementation was a painful process due to the time constraints we were under. Since then, support has been perfectly helpful.
Prophix was great for the HR department to create their budget. It also instantly updates reports with the latest information. It is a little cumbersome to create a report from scratch, but once done it can quickly be modified. It is easy to overwhelm the system with too much data from a flat-file if you are not fully integrated, but that is easy to work around once you get the hang of it.

Growing with Prophix

Personnel planning was our biggest win so far. However, with the monthly reporting saving 2 days each month, that will quickly even out.
