Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
We use Prophix to prepare our month end finacial package, to create our annual budget, maintain dash boards, and assist with month end account reconciliations. The system has allowed us to stream line the consolidation of three operating entities and eliminate re-keying information into Excel. We rely on it heavily now and there are more potential uses cases that exist. After 2 years of use we are happy with our purchase look forward to utilizing more of the systems untapped potential.

We did not have a budget process before Prohix. It allowed us to build one fairly quickly. Year one we worked with an implementation consultant and year 2 we were able to tweak the process and run it ourselves. We have run 3 different budget scenarios which were all presented and approved by our board of directors.
