Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics

It is used by multiple departments within the organization. It it a primary tool used to serve our clients.
  • It has an easy to learn interface.
  • It is able to accommodate more advanced logic.
  • There is some missing functionality when it comes to content validation.
  • There is some missing functionality when it comes to being able to edit the style or look of questions on pages.
  • N/A - I indicated I don't have any purchasing power.
Again, Qualtrics is just much easier to learn, it's more up to date, and is more sophisticated than the other products I have used.
It's much easier to teach to other people because the interface is quite intuitive. It's also much easier to handle advanced logic - the embedded data function is great. Qualtrics itself also has a very detailed help website.
