Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Qualtrics is used for different purposes. PhD students and faculty members use Qualtrics surveys for research purposes. Staff departments use Qualtrics to obtain data on student and potential student experiences while attending school events. MBA students often use Qualtrics within various courses to obtain data for projects.
- Qualtrics has great support. Always quick to respond, and works to provide answers to resolve reported issues.
- Survey tools has many options, and allows for customization.
- Surveys are easy to create.
- The only issue I've encountered is that Qualtrics doesn't allow an organization to easily update template branding for the organization.
- Unable to advise. But everyone likes Qualtrics better than previous solutions that were being used.
Like the total package better with Qualtrics.
