Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research
Qualtrics XM for Strategy and Research became too much of a hassle and we opted to let our contract expire.
Pros
- Integrates well with SuccessFactors
Cons
- User interface wasn't user friendly for all in my opinion
- Menu options with the same name/label could take you to different spots depending on which menu was used.
- Negative as most users struggled with getting desired results
- Positive - the few users that excelled at using it were happy with AI data set summaries
We have unselected Qualtrics XM as the price wasn't worth it for our mid-size org.
