Overall Satisfaction with QuBit
We use it for A/B testing, customer insight, user insight, Targeted on site advertising. 3rd party due diligence, Tag Management. It is mainly used by the E-commerce team for Links of London, we originally started with it solely in the UK , but we were impressed with what it does so we rolled it out on to our Canadian and US sites as well. We now also use it to enhance the customer experience through Customer service. And we feed info through to other teams, such as the merchandising team, within the company when relevant.
Pros
- Tag Management - easy interface for non Java Script users.
- UX enhancement - Team advice from Qubit on enhancement theories and strategies
- A/B testing - Good interface for setting up testing layers. good support from Qubit if needed.
Cons
- Trigger email reports would be nice
- Increased ROI from areas of the Site we have improved though A?B testing
- Increased conversion rates on promotionas though serving targeted layers
- Improved Customer service from learning through customer feedback
