My company has been using Qubit for just under 6 months to test personalisations and new features across our portfolio of websites with primary goals of increasing conversion, improvng customer experience and learning rapidly.
- Enables very rapid deployment
- Enables targeting of personalisations and tests on a large range of dimensions
- High quality, committed team
- Rigorous statistical approach
- Occassionally we would like to use specific goals for tests that are not directly possible, though Qubit always attempts to supply the desired data manually when this happens.
- Sometimes the lead time to create more complex tests has not been as predictable as we would have liked.
- We have now identified some tests that are increasing conversion rate for segments of our website traffic.
- We are able to rapidly deploy differently on site promotion formats.
- We have not been using Qubit long enough to give a firm overall view on ROI however.
