Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit gives us another effective tool to map customer journeys and get insight from how they are moving across and through our website. Qubit also helps us measure the effectiveness in our initiatives, in particular allowing us to probe deeper into how our activities are helping customers with their needs.

Qubit has been particularly useful in setting up short term initiaves and changes in an agile way, quickly getting the initiative live and capturing the data we need for analysis. This has been valuable to me from a campaign perspective, as we are able to get quality outcomes with less investment and development time. It is being used across a few departments currently and will likely be used by more departments in the future.

Rather than pitching against these competitors, for us Qubit supplements the information they provide and in some cases provides us with deeper information and custom features on a campaign by campaign basis. Also involving the Qubit team can remove some of the reporting error that can be experienced through self-service tools, and their expertise adds value to the analysis of the data we work with.
Qubit is particularly useful if you need a fast way to deliver things that are short to medium term online, particularly if you have online systems that can be involved or time consuming to deliver through. Also it allows you to collect data that can help you gather information that provides insight into your activities and your customers to help optimise your online assets and journeys.

Using Qubit

  • Faster recognition of customer needs - finding out exactly what customers are doing when they come on site.
  • Assessment of online assets for effectiveness and improvements - facilitated the analysis of 500 online feedback questionnaires for a campaign.
  • Mapping out lead conversion and helping identify opportunities to improve it.
If I were the sole decision maker, I would definitely renew. I consider Qubit an integral part of helping deliver effective campaigns, optimising website assets and providing analysis that helps us understand our customers better.
