Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit was used by the digital department. I helped us understand behavioural value for the various marketing channels.

Pros

  • The reporting capabilities are endless.
  • Creating attribution rules to allocate the sale to the channel it's really due to.
  • Changing perceptions from a last click model to a behavioural model.

Cons

  • It was quite a tedious and long-winded to get the reporting tool working properly and getting accurate data.
  • The data only tracked the desktop site and not the mobile traffic.
  • The cost of the tool is very high for the returns generated.
We went with Optimisely for A/B testing as the tool as very easy to use and cheap in comparison with Quibit offering.
Quibit is well suited to large companies, with an analyst team in place to make the most of the data that is being collected.
