Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

We use Qubit for personalisation and multivariate testing in the e-commerce and IT departments. We aim to improve custom experience and UI for our users by using Qubit.

Pros

  • Support is very responsive and timely.
  • Their software allows for DIY approach or a managed solution.
  • Great people geared towards helping the business.

Cons

  • Software is perhaps a little behind the curve compared to other solutions.
  • Strategic consultation could be more regular.
  • Account managers could be more proactive.
Qubit was already in place when I joined the company, however I understand that the managed solution and consultation played a big part in the decision.
Qubit is well suited to small to medium size businesses, but may not scale well beyond that.
