Pros and Cons

Pros

Quickbase is easy to use.
Quickbase has good reporting features.

Cons

Difficult to cancel your subscription. They didn't accept my first cancellation and are now charging us for an extra month.

Likelihood to Recommend

Too hard to cancel subscription. After being a customer for 8+ years they are dinging us for one extra month.

Does anyone know if there is a way to export project information in QuickBase? I am looking at other software solutions and trying to determine a way we can keep our history of projects that are currently stored in QuickBase. I know QuickBase has a data extraction method; however, its one file at a time. I was hoping for a dump of the thousands of records I have stored in it. Thus, after reading some of the reviews on how hard it is to cancel, I'm sure it would be very costly to have them do this. Any thoughts?
