Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

QB designed a program for us to merge our WHMS and QuickBooks.

Pros

  • Support.
  • Creation.
  • Collaboration.

Cons

  • Expensive.
  • More detailed billing.
  • Fishbowl Warehouse (FBW)
No comparison. QB interfaces with our accounting system where FB was unable to do so.
QB is a great company to work with although they are pricey. They are not the highest in the market place though. They have good customer support.
