Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We used QuickBase to track the activities of the Community Outreach Team - meetings, events, etc. It was used by the Marketing Department to keep track of all activities in one central location.
Pros
- It gives you plenty of room for detail.
- You can sort by user/date/location/event/meeting.
Cons
- I don't think this was the best tool for a marketing tracking mechanism. It seemed better suited for sales activities, not marketing.
- Extra spaces in the fields would mess searches up.
- If the users were not knowledgeable, it made tracking their activity very difficult.
- None that I know of.
I haven't used any other tracking applications.
