Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We are currently using QuickBase to track and manage projects that come through our department. It has been an amazing tool and helped organize the department's processes. Before using this tool it was a manual process and many parts of the projects were delayed up to a year out. Now with QuickBase all projects are up to date and current.

- Sends update alerts to all people involved on our projects keeping them on time now

- I have to say nothing about QuickBase has been disappointing - love the product
Our organization utilizes this product among many departments and it helped organize our department.
Our organization made the decision to use QuickBase and I was not part of that process but I'm glad they made the decision.
I wasn't part of the QuickBase build for my department. I met with IT and explained what the software needed to accomplish for our department and they set it all up. Once I was in the program I was satisfied how it worked for us.

It is so easy for our IT department to update and ask for an update and 10 minutes later it is done.
