Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Quickbase is being utilized by our company for specific tasks. This has solved various issues with our organization. We have switched from Project Central to Quickbase after figuring out that Quickbase allows better organization in terms of data. Data organization was a difficult thing to organize, but not after switching to Quickbase and utilizing their data shift features.

Quickbase is very good about allowing different applications to be built.

Pros

  • Ease of access: Quickbase organizes the user base in a great & efficient way!
  • Multiple applications: Quickbase allows you to run multiple different applications under one umbrella.
  • Decent support: Quickbase support is extremely fast with responding to questions.

Cons

  • Cannot bulk accept users.
Yes we have. Before Quickbase we were never allowed to build applications, thus we were missing out on a lot of different features that could have benefited our company. Quickbase allows you to separate work functions on this one interface, which also allows you to work more efficently when it comes to running different jobs.
  • Project Central
Project central is better from a user interface perspective.
It's not very difficult to build applications. Any user can do so.
  • Building and deploying business applications faster
  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
  • Solving a specific business challenge
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
Updating a QuickBase application is easier than ever. Quickbase allows users to update without an issue.
It's great for building specific applications. It's not so good for organization suits.
