Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
Quickbase is used in our department for tracking projects and the financial health of project initiatives.
- It's great for tracking project status, financial health, resource usage, issues and risks.
- It's also great for tracking test scenarios and issues logged against those issues.
- It's also great for storing project documents and creating pictorial views of a project.
- It would be great if it could use conditional statements.
We have used Quickbase over the past 4 years for monitoring projects and financials. It has allowed the company to achieve it's goal in understanding the lifecycle of project management and being able to make informed decisions where the company is concerned.
There is not as much overhead or the flexibility that QuickBase offers when it comes to creating additional forms, reports, etc.
You need not know how to code or understand analytics to create apps.
- Building and deploying business applications faster
- Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
- Improving collaboration across one or more teams
- Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
As I stated above, we have achieved our goals relative to the above items.
QuickBase was very easy to use. Updates are a snap and not much time is spent figuring it out.
