Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

We use it as a checklist and document management system. It is supposed to address having an up to date list of documents.
  • Can manage multiple clients -- good for businesses with many clients
  • They should have an area where you can link an actual document to the document name within the system.
For the most part maintaining business applications works well when you have the time to update QuickBase.

We haven't really, there are a lot of documents we need to keep up with and without an automatic "upload to quickbase" option in order to link an actual document to the document name, it makes things difficult.

It is ok for smaller businesses. We have many clients and it is difficult to sometimes manage all of those clients manually without any kind of automatic upload options.
