We have a lot of custom applications either used for service catalog/subscription tracking, internal revenue tracking, deployment management.
Pega systems came out to be far more superior but due to management changes we lost traction.
Basic understanding of database is key in building QB application and we have seen personnel not been able to adapt to QB as quickly as we would have expected.
