Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

[It's being used] across the entire organization. We use it to help build efficiencies within our business process as well as utilizing the APIs for quick solutions to some of our customer problems.
  • API is incredibly in depth, easy to use, and powerful.
  • The dynamic nature of Quickbase allows us to work wonders.
  • It would work well to build your forms out by default using a more common framework such as bootstrap. Standardizing them on that framework and/or some other similar frameworks would allow us to incorporate the forms more easily into our own applications.
  • Add a WYSIWYG option to your HTML fields so we can allow non-technical people to build rich content in QuickBase.
  • Track changes in a way that allows for easy undos or retractions if a mistake is made.
Yes, we automate many of our business processes through quickbase and utilize the APIs to automate it for our clients in some circumstances.
Anyone that's familiar with Excel can do the basics although creating relationships and organizing the data can make things difficult. Once the systems are built non-technical people don't have issues using it.
  • Building and deploying business applications faster
  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
  • Solving a specific business challenge
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
We have in multiple scenarios.
We update them constantly based on feedback from people that use them or new business needs. We rarely have an issue with it.
QuickBase works great for storing survey results or automating business processes that may normally be tracked with a spreadsheet.
