Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

[It's being used] across the entire organization. We use it to help build efficiencies within our business process as well as utilizing the APIs for quick solutions to some of our customer problems.

Pros and Cons

Pros

API is incredibly in depth, easy to use, and powerful.
The dynamic nature of Quickbase allows us to work wonders.

Cons

It would work well to build your forms out by default using a more common framework such as bootstrap. Standardizing them on that framework and/or some other similar frameworks would allow us to incorporate the forms more easily into our own applications.
Add a WYSIWYG option to your HTML fields so we can allow non-technical people to build rich content in QuickBase.
Track changes in a way that allows for easy undos or retractions if a mistake is made.

Likelihood to Recommend

QuickBase works great for storing survey results or automating business processes that may normally be tracked with a spreadsheet.
