Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We use it to generate quote numbers and input quotes for services into the DB and then move the data onward once the quote has been accepted/approved. [It] Allows for forecasting of sales quotes and project updates.
- Generating quote numbers.
- Interfacing with QuickBooks and generating graphs.
- Ease of creating a new database.
- Pricing model is limiting for us as a small business not being able to afford to use it for a larger number of users.
We did, and have created more than one database with the tool.
Liked the fact that it was cloud based and easier to use.
Not the easiest for non-technical folks to build databases, we've built ours with people that are very familiar with the data and have a technical background.
