Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Quickbase is being used across the entire organization. It's primary use is for CRM, but there are Order Fulfilment, and Billing aspects to it as well. It has also been used for HRIS/Time and Attendance.

  • Scaling can be difficult if you don't prepare early
  • Sometimes features are released too early
  • They could have a better Sandbox system
Our organization has deployed so rapidly that we didn't think about scale and are running into those issues now. If you need Enterprise level analytics, I would recommend doing lots of planning in the beginning.
Quickbase is not as capable as HubSpot CRM, but HubSpot CRM can only do one thing while Quickbase can be so many different things. Zoho Creator doesn't have as much documentation or community as Quickbase.

We have mostly achieved our desired outcomes, but they have come with their own challenges. I wish I would have known to plan earlier.
I update applications on a day-to-day basis. It is incredibly fast once you know what you're doing.
Quickbase is highly flexible and can be implemented very quickly for a wide array of different uses. If you're looking to implement quickly and improve on the way, it's your tool.
