Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Tracking work requests:
update system configuration
returned checks
issues reported by customers
contracts
track and approve policies and procedures
  • Measures turn around time for each handoff of work
  • Forwards work thru notifications and assignments once one person has approved
  • Report development is easy to write and customize
  • Not being able to edit pipelines that you are not the owner of, but you are an admin. It should not take a transfer to another user, they should allow multiple admins to edit pipelines.
  • Do NOT take away functionality when there are upgrades - see my note about pipelines

Our application is the main tracking source of important work in Operations. From provider reported issues, to returned checks, to contract implementation , and quality control tracking of staff.
My team has 2 super-users and the rest can develop their own reports and find data. Our super-users create new function in the application and trouble and train others.
