Challenge: Tracking daily carrier and customer interaction (and results). Solution:
- Resource management app built on Quickbase
- Easy report generation detailed client savings in time and money
- Data export improved billing detail and accuracy
Pros

- easy to build reports
- easy to handle
Cons
- Generating pdf function is not available
- We can not control the extra rows number for a grid edit mode by default it automatically set with 4 rows
