Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase

Quickbase is used as an intake management tool and scheduling system. We've built a custom application so people can submit a specific questionnaire as well as make booking arrangements to use physical facilities.

We have definitely achieved this benefit through using Quickbase as it is our primary program management tool. If someone wants to engage with our program at the company, they are first directed to complete a Quickbase form first.
Quickbase is more customizable in terms of the UI and is an overall easier experience than Airtable
  • Building and deploying business applications faster
  • Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
  • Solving a specific business challenge
  • Building and deploying an application (or multiple applications) that meets our exact needs
We've been able to optimize our program using Quickbase by creating a custom dashboard that allows us to remotely manage the request pipeline for 3 geographically separated showcase facilities.

Account teams from all over the country are allowed to submit a request specific to each of these locations.
In my opinion, although Quickbase is low-code/no-code I still think the level of aptitude required to make changes to or build an application are high. There are still coding parameters within the system and it was my personal experience that support from one of the Quickbase app developers was the better way to go.
Quickbase is well suited for any program that requires elaborate scheduling or calendar related functions
