Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is a Lifesaver!

Although I was hired on as the Graphic Designer, this is such a small
company we all do our part to keep the business running flawlessly. One
major part that we all share is the use of Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise
for the processing of orders and inventory control. I honestly don't
know what we would do without it! Not only does it make the ordering
process simple, but it also keeps very accurate data of what is coming
in and going out on a daily basis. Especially since I was put in charge
of inventory control! I am constantly having to
use Quickbooks to make sure our inventory numbers are on track
and if they aren't, I will turn to our Quickbooks Purchase & Sales
Orders to try and figure out where we went wrong. Needless to say,
without Quickbooks, my job would be next to impossible to perform!

We are still very small when compared to many of the other companies that may use Quickbooks Desktop, so as we grow, we are able to rely on many of the other functions it has to offer such as product assemblies and snapshots!

Our Quickbooks was already well established when I started my job, but the learning curve wasn't long at all. I was taking phone orders by the end of my first day!

One major benefit was the utilization of product assembly for our raw and sterile products.
