Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

I process payroll weekly. I pay bills weekly. It allows for quick and easy accounts receivable. The taxes are figured for you as well as sales tax. This all is a time savor and have never known of it to be incorrect. It is very user friendly. I run monthly reports each month and it is easy to follow, and I like the drill down feature.

  • its as accurate as the person who inputs the information
It allows for intercompany transfers.
When you run a accounts payable report or accounts receivable you can see what you owe and what you are owed.
I didn't see much difference in these programs. The Enterprise may have a few more options but I haven't tried them.

Yes

QuickBooks makes payroll fairly easy. The taxes are figured for you. The quarterly payroll reports are accurate and easy to process. Paying bills is easy to do. Posting payments to customers accounts is easy. Figuring monthly sales tax is easy and is so helpful.
