Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

We use Quick Books Desktop Pro for all our accounting needs. We use QuickBooks Desktop Pro to integrate with JobBOSS which makes the certifications we need and then it sends that information to QuickBooks Desktop Pro to produce an invoice for our customers. All accounts payables, receivables, financial reports, and record keeping is done through QuickBooks Desktop Pro for 5 of our corporations.

Cons

  • making changes to preferences
  • deleting unused customer/vendor accounts
  • Picking up on duplicate items
  • reporting is easy and fast
  • numerous employee can use at once
  • great customer service/help desk
  • information from years back is easily accessible.
I use QuickBooks Desktop Pro everyday and it makes my job so much easier. It easily integrates with other programs we use and is very user friendly.
I just set up a friends business with QuickBooks Desktop Pro and without any accounting background he is able to enter transactions and look up reports to see exactly how his company is doing financially.
QuickBooks Desktop Pro is the only way to go....and having used both Desktop and Online I would choose Desktop every day. It is so much easier to use.
