Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

I use QuickBooks Desktop Pro for the accounting of various non-profit organizations. I am in charge of the month-end close of this organizations. Such as prepaids, accruals, payroll. As well as bank reconciliations. I also work with receivables and payables.

Pros

  • Bank reconciliatios
  • Receivables
  • Invoicing

Cons

  • Matching on the bank rec, sometimes it does not show a match even though there is one.
  • It is slow sometimes.
  • Would be great to have a go back option to the actual previous page.
