Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online
Our clients use QBO and provide us access to monitor and edit the accounting when necessary. We also generate financial reports for the client on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Flexible reporting over many periods whether monthly or annually
- Flexible reporting filters
- Flexible editing of accounts and transactions
- Ease of use by the customer
- The software is widely used and taught in colleges and therefore new accounting hires generally have knowledge of the software
- the interface is different than the desktop version causing transitional issues
- The familiar question that I hear from any new client is "are you familiar with QuickBooks?"
Really have not used any other small business accounting software in the past 5 years due to QB dominance in the small business accounting space. We used to use MYOB which is now accounting edge many years ago.
