Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online
We use Quickbooks Online for a small church that is a little more than a year old. It works well given the low transaction volume - we like the integration between Quickbooks Payroll and Quickbooks Online.
- Chart of Accounts - recommended CoA is easy to follow
- Automatic interface with bank - minimizes entry time
- Access to more than one user - admin rights/preferences are easy to manage
- Integration - Would like functionality to go between/across QB desktop and online versions
- Payroll - set up is not as intuitive as it could be
- Predictive suggestions - the feature is ok but needs improving - I keep having to turn it off
- Saves time from Day 1 - that is always a good thing
- Call wait time can be much improved - customer service can be improved
- Don't have to worry about accounting system/software
We decided to go with something familiar and more industry standard than alternative products. QuickBooks is simple to use, familiar with many. We received some great introductory pricing and will continue using it for the intermediate future. We wish there was more church specific functionality with the software, but we didn't want to go to other products which didn't have enough of a track record to trust.
