Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online
We use QuickBooks Online to meet the bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing and bill payment needs of our small business clients, as well as internally for our own accounting needs. QuickBooks online provides a simple, accessible, low maintenance and low cost solution. QBO is very easy for our clients to use themselves, and it makes it easy for us to assist clients and provide training as well.
- Time tracking and invoicing could not be simpler. Tasks that used to take a full day can now be completed in less than one hour.
- Payroll is a breeze. Employees are paid and payroll tax forms filed with a few simple clicks.
- Paperless is the way to go. We love that QuickBooks allows us to attach documents, like the original bill, so supporting documents are easy to find and store.
- Perhaps best of all is no data loss because backup are a thing of the past with QBO.
- I would like to see more functionality and flexibility in adding transactions from bank feeds. We sometimes need to visit a transaction twice to get all the coding and data we need.
- QBO has been very positive for our practice and for our clients. By providing real time information to manage small businesses, it helps owners make better decisions and reap more rewards for their efforts!
