QuickBooks Online Advanced is top notch in keeping our finances organized!

We use QuickBooks Online Advanced to maintain all financials for the organization, including invoicing, budgeting, investor tracking, expense tracking, etc. The product addresses where we stand in our finances and allows us to do due diligence in our forecasting and planning activities.
We are a SaaS company and QuickBooks Online Advanced allows us to track our sales, our cost of goods sold as the number of users grow, which allows us to plan for the future upcoming months and years.

QuickBooks Online Advanced was easy to implement and set up. Within a couple of days, I had all chart of account items, customers, vendors, company profile all set up. I had used Desktop QuickBooks previously, so the learning curve was smaller, although there are some workings that are different that I had to get accustomed to.

We did not use QuickBooks Online Advanced with other employees. But I enjoyed being able to use it at the office and them login in from other locations and/or devices as needed in order to create reports at any time from anywhere.

There is nothing specific, but it manages things beautifully for our purposes.
