QuickBooks Online Advance for Small and Medium Companies

I have used QuickBooks Online for 3 years now in our organization. Even if it is not perfect it is the most useful financial systems to use for small and medium size businesses. It is easy to learn how to do the basic AP and AR functions and can when you are ready more complex reporting. The interphase with bank makes it easy to track and manage expenses and it is easy to reclass anything if needed. User-friendly for beginners but I would recommend hiring a QB Pro if you are new to it and to set you up.

You can be up and running pretty quickly if you are having a simpler set up.
However if you need very specific set ups for your company you normally need to talk with different support areas and that can take a long time and be frustrating. the support team is a hit or miss, some of them are great and others can waste hours of your time.

It is great that it is cloud based as we do work in peoples homes. That means that the team needs to be able to clock in at different locations. There is some frustration to when there is not great internet connection. Other time keeping systems we have tried logged it and updated when it has access to internet. This is not always happening with QB Time.

We want to use projects and we are happy that it support that.
