Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

QuickBooks Pro is being used for our firm books and records. It is simple to use for the support staff and review by the accounting staff.

Pros

  • Almost too easy to use.
  • Inputting vendor invoices and printing checks is seamless.
  • Changing information once saved is a breeze.

Cons

  • Canned reports could be more flexible to use.
  • QuickBooks could make preparing reports easier.
  • QuickBooks has definitely increased productivity in our firm!
  • QuickBooks has increased our efficiency dramatically!
  • QuickBooks is so much easier to use than our former accounting software.
I was a former user of MAS90. I used this accounting software for 20+ years. I am so pleased that I changed to QuickBooks due to the ease of use and reporting.
Any organization could benefit from using QuickBooks. It is so user friendly!
