Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro

We use it as our accounting software and for payroll. It takes care of our general ledger (GL) needs. We create financial statements and budgets and use this information to make management decisions.

Cons

  • The ability to share information
  • Better customer service
  • Increased efficiency in our accounting department
QuickBooks has been around longer and more people are familiar with it. Xero seems more user friendly.
