Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
It is used for the entire corporation. We use it to manage receivables, payables, general ledger and cash. We generate our monthly financial reporting package and commission statements.
- Inventory control. Prior to converting to QuickBooks desktop, we had to manually charge inventory items to cost of sales. Now it happens automatically when the customer invoice is produced.
- I wish that there was more flexibility in reporting. The stock reports are great, but if we have to tweak them, this has to be done manually.
- Better customer service - customer transactions are more easily linked.
- Accounts Payable tracking - no more missed vendor payment due dates
- Crystal Reports,Sage 50
More robust system.
