Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Pro
We use QuickBooks in our accounting department only. We use it for the AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and payroll functions. We print checks and send invoices with it. It meets all of our needs.
- Accounts Payable - pay bills and print checks
- Accounts Receivable - create professional invoices to print or email them
- Bank Reconciliation - easily check mark which ones appear in your bank statement
- Payroll - not able to customize for accrued vacation/sick time not to include holiday hours
- QuickBooks charges a low fee and gets everything done.
- They have assisted payroll service to help you with filing payroll taxes.
- You could use the desktop or cloud versions, but the cloud version is charged per user/month.
- Bill.com and FinancialForce
QuickBooks is way cheaper and easier to use than FinancialForce. You don't need the integration with Salesforce that many people want. Accounting staff only need QB. You don't need Bill.com either if you have an accounting staff. He/she should be able to learn how to print checks using QB only.
