Overall Satisfaction with Qulture.Rocks

It is more being used by a department of Customer Experience, but whole organization uses this tool. The software is mostly used for feedbacks (one by one), OKR's alignment and praise between peers and colleagues. The software came to overcome the pain of not having a unified performance management as complete as Qulture.Rocks presented as a solution.

Qulture.Rocks is much more integrated, complete, light and practical to move around. It brings a giant efficiency to the detriment of other software, in addition to providing enormous ease with the fantastic User Experience that makes it easy to use all the features. Qulture manages to optimize our culture of feedback and individual development of employees and this is fantastic.

Qulture.Rocks is best used when it is necessary to carry out a more adequate, automated and integrated performance management. It is a powerful tool to provide an optimization in the feedback culture. However, it can still improve in the matter of managing goals/OKR's because it still lacks a ''charm'' more in this feature compared to others.
