Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
We use it through the entire process from quoting to ordering to procurement and billing. We have it tied into our CRM program as well as our accounting software for a full sales experience. I can send customer a quote, collect payment online through Quote Valet, track modifications and revisions as well as job costing with the purchasing module.
- Clean interface that has grown through the years without becoming clumsy or cluttered allowing a sales rep to keep the familiar feeling while they grow new tools and implement new features.
- Purchasing interface works well and allows tracking to be simplified for PO's effecting multiple customer orders.
- Tracking changes in a quote through the properties field allows us to easily see when i change was made and who made it.
- I would love to see the layout designer modified. It is very old school and while a geek can use it, it is not intuitive to my users which funnels our requests back to me.
- Email logging of POs, we have a work around but that is always a messy thing and should be able to be better tracked through the CRM link.
- The purchasing module being able to stay open while working on other quotes/documents to cut down time between modules or just making the connection between the two a bit quicker.
- They have helped us streamline quotes, standardize formats and bring some consistency to the sales process. allowed us to turn it into a process vs everyone doing their own thing their own way.
- I don't really see any negative impacts. There are things that aren't as stellar as I would like but nothing I think is bad or damaging.
I have been working with QuoteWerks so long the last things I used were Word and Excel for making quotes for customers and this is hands down better than either of those.
