Our organization has implemented Ramp as our comprehensive financial management platform, encompassing credit card expense tracking, employee reimbursement workflows, and procurement operations. This strategic integration has significantly enhanced our month-end closing procedures, streamlining the reconciliation process and reducing processing time. The platform has strengthened our internal control framework by providing real-time visibility into expenditures, automated approval workflows, and enhanced compliance monitoring. Additionally, Ramp has transformed our employee reimbursement system, enabling faster processing times and improved accuracy. The comprehensive reporting capabilities have elevated our financial oversight, providing leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making and budget optimization across all departments.

  • We have reduced our month-end close process by 50%. While the return on investment may be difficult to quantify in traditional financial terms, this improvement has significantly enhanced our operational efficiency and represents a substantial value driver for our organization.
Ramp offers an exceptionally intuitive user interface with a clean, well-organized design. The platform demonstrates continuous improvement through regular feature enhancements and updates. New employee onboarding requires minimal training due to the platform's logical section-based layout and user-centric design, which facilitates rapid adoption and efficient navigation. Overall Ramp's interface and UI is very user friendly.
These solutions were all great in their own ways. The two main reasons we chose Ramp was because of their innovation around AI. They have implemented AI Agents in their tool to help enforce the company expense policy and help managers be more efficient in reviewing and approving their direct report expenses. Also, we are able to manage all of our company's international entities on one platform.

If you are looking for a solution to improve your month-end close process, improve your expense management, enforce company expense policy, and make life easier on your accounting and finance team, then Ramp is the solution. We are also able to reimburse our employees all over the world. In the past, we have used solutions that did not allow us to do that; this has also improved efficiency for multiple team members.
