We currently use Really Simple Systems (RSS) to track all contacts (Sales, Distribution, Investors, etc.). We will expand use to marketing and possibly product development in the near future.

- All my contact information is centralized vs previous combined record keeping through archived E-mails and maintaining Execl spread sheets.
