Overall Satisfaction with Really Simple Systems

We currently use Really Simple Systems (RSS) to track all contacts (Sales, Distribution, Investors, etc.). We will expand use to marketing and possibly product development in the near future.
  • Captures required information. Easily organized and accessible.
  • Easy to use.
  • Customer Service is the best.
  • No complaints. Maybe our marketing person could provide an opinion.
  • All my contact information is centralized vs previous combined record keeping through archived E-mails and maintaining Execl spread sheets.
Easier to use. Customer Service better. Better Value.
RSS adapted to our need to differentiate between customer/market segments. Provides room to record history.
