Overall Satisfaction with Recurly

Recurly is a central platform for subscription management for our multi-gateway setap both providig us with utility and data/analytis about subscription management, as well as utility for users for tracking, updating, emails and canellation. We deeply integrate Recurly in our backend and BI.
Additionally Recurly provdes itility in upgrages, crossgrades and downgrades

Recurly made it easy to manage subscriptions with a clean, intuitive interface: from setting up Apple Pay to handling overdue accounts through dunning. Even complex tasks like adjusting billing or recovering failed payments were simple to navigate.
For us, Recurly was primarily a self-serve solution, as we already had a clear understanding of subscription management and the platform matched our expectations. That said, knowing Customer Success was available gave us confidence, even if we didn’t need to rely on them heavily.

There is no direct need for support and maintenance. We implement updates occasionally or update sdk but overall there is no regular maintenance needed
