We use OpenShift as a factory solution to deploy and run applications specific to our factories.

Pros

  • Deployments
  • Management of environment.
  • Security
  • Refresh

Cons

  • The ability to go sub tabs a screen or two earlier.
  • Additional menu expansion on left.
  • Able to have two or more sub tabs open at the same time.
  • Pos for ops efficient.
  • Development simplicity.
  • Deployment simplicity.
Single platform for deployment and maintenance.
Very responsive, and using blue-green deployment allows us to manage change.
OpenShift is a more comprehensive solution.
