Overall Satisfaction with Reflektive

Reflektive is used by the entire company, across 4 locations in 2 countries. Reflektive is used by 300 employees across all departments.
It is used as a tool for ongoing feedback (the recognition wall) and also for periodical performance reviews.
  • The ongoing feedback tool is very easy to use, with the gmail plugin you can thank people "on the go".
  • The review process is pretty straight forward, clear what you need to fill out and where. The integration between the ongoing feedback and the review form is really nice
  • For managers: good way to store 1:1 agenda in a visible way that updated in real time for both participants
  • The mobile app is dreadful :( it's just a link to their web-view and it's not really responsive.
  • The UI isn't as neat. As most of their users are tech companies I think the design should be cleaner
  • Can't remove likes or comments
  • More visibility to other functions in the company and what they're working on
  • Higher completion rate in performance review
  • Namely
The performance review process in Namely is cumbersome and less user-friendly.
Also, when signed up with Reflektive Namely didn't have the ongoing feedback tool (@ppreciation) they have now
Reflektive will be a good tool for performance reviews. It's very flexible and customizable so easy to admin, and also very straight forward for the employees.
The ongoing feedback tool is nice but some employees might see it as "cheesy" or "forced" - so really depends on your company's culture
