Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Reflektive was being used by our entire organization. Reflektive is complete performance management, employee engagement, and HR analytics platform that really changed our organization. Our people department loved Reflektive because everything was in one place. Our HR team didn't have to switch to different HR tools to have access to performance reviews, goals, and engagement surveys. From Reflektive our HR team can create performance reviews for each department and send out surveys from the same platform. To complete the platform, our HR team can analyze all results from within the solution through the HR analytics feature. Reflektive helps with employee retention and engagement. The solution gives HR teams a clear picture of how their employees feel and what they want out of their careers.

The majority of Reflektive's competitors only provide one of these features at most. Therefore Reflektive's competitors have to purchase multiple tools and HR teams have to use multiple tools for their employees. This creates more work not only for HR teams but for users as well.
