Overall Satisfaction with Rescue
We use Rescue to manage customer phone needs remotely. We use Rescue so that we can remote in unattended for the customers who are comfortable with that access and for all others, on an as-needed basis.
Pros
- Unattended access.
- On-the-fly access.
Cons
- Would be nice to access it from an iPhone or iPad.
- Saves a lot of onsite visits by doing most work remotely.
Years ago we used GoTo Assist but had to switch to Rescue due to limitations.
