Overall Satisfaction with Rescue
We are a software/security Co. and we use LMI Rescue to remote into systems to support our customers, collect logs, and work with Dev on escalations. I stay with LMI because our logs can get large and LMI file transfer is fast and stable.

- some systems wont allow sessions
- Management/admin page is a bit clumsy
- File transfer can a bit clumsy also but its fast and reliable
- testing file transfer from one computer to another i was able to get logs in 1 min when a competitor took 7.
- being able to remote into customer systems and also being able to remote into my own systems to control remotely
- I dont report on the ROI but LMI has helped me with thousands of customers over the years.
